We value our start-up, solopreneur and micro business community. This area of business is often ignored because their budget is very limited however they need the most help and guidance. There are a number of small business courses out there but they are missing the coaching factor and that is what we bring to the table. We wanted to ensure that proper care, time and support are top priorities so we have created a system that was going to bring proven results to start up, solopreneur and micro business owners.

Chief Heart Officer
Suzanne is the founder of Be A Beacon. Her vision was to create a no bullshit approach to building a business. There are way too many courses out there that have a huge amount of fluff and indirect information on how to actually start and run a successful company. During the Covid lockdowns she took it upon herself to create the first course to help people keep their doors open in the difficult time in business. Now Beacon has grown into a company that Suzanne loves and keeps heart centered in helping business owners in affordable ways.
Head Beach Geek
The Beach Geeks is our Tech and IT support team and Colin is the head of the department. Colin has his bachelors in marketing and business administration. Plus has an ample love of technology and Batman. Which makes him the perfect mixture of awesome and sarcastic and a phenomenal team member for Beacon.
Water Wizard
The Water Wizard serves as a coach liaison between the coaches and the internal team of Beacon to ensure support and guidance for all the coaches and team members. Chrissy is also a certified life coach and a reiki practitioner focusing on trauma healing though shadow work and spiritual healing. She makes an amazing addition to our team with all the understanding and support that she has to she brings to the table.
